These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trakkoo mobile application (“App”), developed by Implause IT Solutions. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Eligibility You must be :
A parent or guardian with a child enrolled in a partnered school
A verified school bus driver authorized by the school/transport authority
At least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement
Purpose of the App Trakkoo is designed to:
Help parents track the real-time location of their child’s school bus
Send alerts about boarding, drop-offs, and estimated arrival times
Assist drivers in sharing route details and notifying parents of travel updates
Permissions & Data Usage
We may request access to: Permission Purpose
Location – To track live bus and child/driver routes
Notifications – To send timely pick-up/drop alerts
Phone & SMS – For login verification and emergency calls
Gallery (Optional) – For uploading profile or child pictures
Internet – To enable real-time syncing and cloud functionality
User Obligations
As a user, you agree to:
Use the app only for its intended safety and tracking purposes
Provide accurate information during registration
Keep login credentials confidential
Not misuse, hack, reverse-engineer, or modify the app
Drivers must use the app only while performing school transport duties and must not use it in ways that compromise safety.

Restrictions
You shall not:
Use the app for unauthorized or illegal purposes
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
Collect or extract data from the app for commercial gain
Interfere with the functionality or network of the app
Intellectual Property
All logos, code, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Implause IT Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure accurate tracking and notifications, Trakkoo is reliant on GPS, internet, and external APIs. Implause IT Solutions is not liable for:
Delays due to network or GPS issues
Incorrect location due to device error
Any harm or damages caused by reliance on the app data
Use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.
Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to any user found:
Misusing the app
Sharing false information
Compromising system security
Violating school or transport authority terms
Modifications to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Users will be notified in-app or via registered email. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
